Personal ::: Field Trip to the Fire Station

I have been to this Fire Station more than a handful of times with all my boys over the years, and I am always just as impressed each time I'm there. The firefighters do such a wonderful job with these young 4 and 5 year olds, teaching them about fire safety and showing them all around the fire station. Since Bennett is my last little guy, I figured I would bring my camera to document this fun field trip. I'm so glad that I did, because he was so into it...as were all the kids in the class...

They show them how they put on all their gear, so that they know that even though they might look scary, they are not and are there to help :)

Thank you Firefighters Nanette, Andy, and Ski for spending such quality time with our children. And yes, Firefighter Ski...Firefighters are the coolest!! :)
